The project comprised the construction of a single storey office complex.
The timber framed build was constructed on dwarf walls built on a reinforced clad piled raft. The build incorporated Trapezoid insulated roof panels and externally with a through coloured façade board. Fully glazed power coat porch and entrance doors with colour coded UPVC windows.
A full internal fit out which included full mechanical & electrical installation. Infa structure consisted of a new hammer head with a gated entrance leading onto an upgraded access road terminating in a remodelled car park.
Road way and car park lit with upgrade bollard lighting.
