This 10 week project consisted of a single storey rear extension with full house refurbishment, including plumbing, electrics, plastering, new kitchen and bathrooms and external landscaping for teacher accommodation.

24 self-contained flats for the over 55’s. Full heating system upgrade, fire alarm system and communal lighting. Working in partnership with Greenfields Community Housing.

Renovation of shop façade including new coping stones & new windows with silicone render.

Single storey rear kitchen extension with complete new kitchen and first floor extension to create new bathroom all with hardwood joinery.

Complete restoration on this listed building in a conservation area. Also a single storey extension was built to the side.

This is a 4 bedroom timber framed new build dwelling in Mayland.
