Full internal and external refurbishment recently completed for the Salvation Army at their Southend Citadel site with works including; roofing repairs, window replacements, upgrade to five offices, kitchen, lobby and seven bathrooms plus rewire and installation of new lighting, skylights and suspended ceilings, finished with full decorations throughout and upgrade to all doors.
