We added a front and side two storey extension to this property to transform it into a large family home.
Due to the nature of the area, both extensions had to be piled with a specialist rig, following the demolition of existing single storey buildings. The enlarged area created two new bedrooms, both with en-suites, and a spacious dining area too.
To finalise this project, we carried out a refurbishment of the interior as well as creating a smart block paved driveway and patio outside.
