We constructed this impressive four-bedroom traditional house which was on the site of an existing old farmhouse overlooking the Crouch Estuary in Essex.
It features two stunning fireplaces, designed by ourselves, which incorporated the beam from the old dwelling. The client wanted to retain this because the house has been in the family for generations. The construction has a solid oak staircase and joiner made sliding sash windows.
