At the Southgate site, we installed disabled access bathroom facilities, whilst also carrying out minor, but vital, modifications to stairways and doors to help protect patients.
Jacques House, located near Manningtree, required non-slip floor surfaces as well as interior and exterior decoration. We also made structural upgrades to balconies, and fitted new fire doors throughout the building. Exterior upgrades included the erection of scaffolding to re-point the brickwork and chimney stacks.
